beautiful amenities but inconsistent service
The hotel offers a stunning pool with breathtaking views, perfect for sunset watching. The outdoor weight area is a unique feature that allowed me to stay active during my stay. I also enjoyed the variety of delicious cocktails at the lobby bar, especially the smoked mezcal cosmo, which showcased their commitment to fresh ingredients. The dining experience was fantastic, with many options available, making it hard to choose just one favorite.
I found the service could be inconsistent at times, especially during busy hours, where staff seemed overwhelmed.

This hotel was just a proper fit for a short-term stay in Las Catalinas with reasonable value. The pool was smaller than expected, but the beachfront location made up for it. Make sure to check if beach chairs are available first.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning rooftop pool that was perfect for watching sunsets! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowing us by name and going out of their way to help us after our flight was delayed.
It wasn't the cheapest stay, but definitely worth the experience.

I stayed for a few nights in the Standard King Room. The hotel has beautifully designed spaces and the rooftop pool offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff exceeded my expectations with their friendliness and willingness to assist. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. However, the wifi connection was spotty during my stay, which was frustrating when I needed to check in with work. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing, making it easy to explore local shops and enjoy the amazing surroundings.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at two beautiful beaches. The hotel was beautiful, and the breakfast was top-notch with lots of healthy options. The staff was super helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
However, the location felt isolated without a vehicle, making it tough to explore nearby areas.
